What to Prepare Before a First Consultation

Published on March 12, 2025

Before the first meeting with our import team, it is advisable to have on hand the type of machinery or equipment you need, its intended use, and the estimated volume. It also helps to know the conditions of your plant or project: available space, grid voltage, access for heavy transport, and installation deadlines. With this information, we can prepare a more accurate preliminary quote and avoid back-and-forth. You do not need to have finalized technical documents; a clear description of the work is sufficient.
