General conditions governing the relationship between Cyclupsaustralia and its corporate clients in the import of industrial machinery.

Purpose of the Service

Cyclupsaustralia acts as an authorized importer and distributor of heavy machinery and industrial equipment of Australian origin for companies based in Argentina. The service includes quote management, logistics coordination, and pre- and post-sales technical assistance, according to the terms agreed upon in each purchase order.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide truthful and complete information regarding their technical needs, reception capacity, and operating conditions. Any omission or incorrect data that affects the selection or performance of the equipment shall be the sole responsibility of the client, releasing Cyclupsaustralia from any resulting claims.

Limitation of Liability

Cyclupsaustralia shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of production, loss of profits, or costs of incorrect installation when the equipment has been handled by unauthorized personnel or used outside the technical specifications provided in the product sheet. The maximum liability is limited to the invoiced value of the equipment.

Intellectual Property and Platform Use

All content on the site, including technical data sheets, diagrams, manuals, and quotation software, is the property of Cyclupsaustralia or its suppliers. The client may download and reproduce these materials exclusively for their internal evaluation; their commercial redistribution or modification without express authorization is prohibited.

Modifications and Validity

Cyclupsaustralia reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect 15 days after their publication. Jurisdiction and Legal Contact
